How Is JAMB Score Calculated?
JAMB has 180 questions. You get 4 points for each correct answer and 0 for wrong or blank answers (no negative marking).
Maximum Score: 180 questions × 4 = 720... wait, that's not right. In reality, JAMB uses a scaled score system:
JAMB scales your raw score to 400. So if you answer most questions correctly, JAMB calculates what percentage that is, then scales it to 400. This is why cut-offs are based on 400, not 720.
